Research interests
1. Chemistry of cementitious materials, especially
in use of red mud as building material, and in development of
sulfate resistant cements.
2. Radon precursors in local building materials and
particularly in setting appropriate limits on these precursors
for radiological protection purposes.
3. Atmospheric pollutants in urban atmosphere: occurrence and
health effects. (NO2, SO2, O3,
volatile organics).
